These are prompts that work. The ones under "connected" need your ESPN, Yahoo, or Sleeper league linked, because they ask about your actual roster. The ones under "anytime" work with no setup at all. Copy any of them straight into ChatGPT or Claude.
Lineup prompts (connected league)
These read your real lineup slots, scoring format, and this week's matchups.

Getting better answers
Two habits improve almost every fantasy prompt. First, say your format if it's unusual, superflex, tight-end premium, and dynasty change the right answer, and while FantasyBot reads your settings automatically when a league is connected, a plain chat without one can't know. Second, ask for the reasoning: "and explain why" turns a verdict into something you can sanity-check, which matters because the confident-sounding wrong answer is the real risk with any AI tool.
Follow-ups are free. The advantage of doing this in a chat rather than a dashboard is that "what if he's ruled out?" takes one line instead of re-entering the whole scenario.
