When you choose to link your fantasy sports accounts, we collect your league, roster, and player data from those platforms. We store the credentials necessary to maintain the connection in encrypted form.

1.4 Anonymous Website Analytics
We collect anonymous, aggregated analytics on our website to understand how visitors interact with our pages. This includes page views, button clicks, and general navigation patterns. We do not use third-party tracking services. IP addresses are anonymized before storage (last octet removed) and cannot be used to identify individual users. No cookies are used for analytics — only a randomly generated, anonymous session identifier stored in your browser's local storage.

- Connect to your linked fantasy platform accounts

3. How We Share Your Information

- Other users — community content you post (trade proposals, questions, comments, votes) and your display name are visible to other users.
- Fantasy platforms — when you link an account, we send your stored credentials to that platform to retrieve your data. We do not share your FantasyBot data with those platforms.
- Legal and safety — we may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer to the acquiring entity.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit and at rest, encrypted storage of third-party credentials, and secure on-device storage for authentication tokens.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Data Retention
- Account data — retained until you delete your account, then removed within 30 days
- Community content — may be retained in anonymized form after account deletion
- Linked platform credentials — removed when you unlink the platform or delete your account
- Billing records — retained as required by applicable law
- Anonymous analytics — retained for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data by contacting us
- Correction: Update your account information through the app
- Deletion: Delete your account at any time through the Profile screen
- Unlink platforms: Remove linked fantasy platform connections at any time
- Communications: Manage email preferences in account settings (transactional emails cannot be opted out of)

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.
