Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FantasyBot mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by CardChain Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1. Description of Service

FantasyBot is a fantasy sports companion application that provides:

• AI-powered fantasy sports analysis and recommendations
• Integration with third-party fantasy platforms (Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo)
• Community features for sharing trade proposals and questions
• Roster analysis via screenshot upload
• Voice-enabled AI chat assistant

FantasyBot provides informational and entertainment content only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any fantasy sports advice, projections, player statistics, or recommendations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or through Apple or Google sign-in. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Tier

The Service offers a free tier with limited functionality, including a daily limit on AI-powered queries (currently 3 free queries per day).

4.2 PRO Subscription

The PRO subscription is available at $11.99 per month or $99.99 per year and provides access to enhanced features without the free tier's daily query limit. We reserve the right to introduce or adjust usage limits with reasonable notice. Subscriptions include a free trial period for new subscribers (7 days for yearly, 3 days for monthly). After your free trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription price for your selected plan. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe (web) or Apple (iOS App Store in-app purchase). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You agree to the applicable payment processor's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time: on iOS via Settings › Subscriptions, or on the web through the subscription management portal in your Profile.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
• If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Third-Party Platform Integration

5.1 Platform Linking

The Service allows you to link your accounts on third-party fantasy platforms including Sleeper, ESPN, and Yahoo Fantasy. By linking these accounts, you:

• Authorize us to access your league, roster, and player data on those platforms
• Acknowledge that we store encrypted credentials necessary to maintain the connection
• Understand that the availability and accuracy of third-party data is beyond our control

If you link more than one league, the Service asks you to choose a main league. Alerts and move recommendations are prepared for your main league. We may also prepare analysis for your other linked leagues so it is ready when you switch to them. You can change your main league at any time in your profile settings.

5.2 Third-Party Terms

Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of any third-party platform.

5.3 No Affiliation

FantasyBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, or any other sports league or fantasy platform.

5.4 Data Sources and Attribution

Fantasy data provided by Yahoo Fantasy.

Where your league is hosted on Yahoo Fantasy, the league, roster, and player information shown in the Service is retrieved from the Yahoo Fantasy API and is attributed to Yahoo Fantasy wherever it appears. The Yahoo Fantasy name and wordmark are trademarks of Yahoo Inc., used solely to attribute that data.

We do not permanently store Yahoo Fantasy data. It is cached only as long as needed to operate the Service, and is deleted when you unlink your Yahoo account or delete your FantasyBot account.

Leagues hosted on Sleeper, ESPN, CBS, or NFL.com are sourced from those platforms, and rosters you upload as screenshots are your own content — none of that data comes from Yahoo.

6. AI-Powered Features

6.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

The Service uses artificial intelligence (including AWS Bedrock and Google Gemini) to generate fantasy sports analysis, recommendations, and insights. AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

6.2 Not Financial or Gambling Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to place bets. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service, including but not limited to fantasy lineup decisions, trades, and waiver claims.

6.3 Screenshot Analysis

When you upload screenshots for roster analysis, the images are processed by third-party AI services (Google Gemini) to extract player information. Uploaded images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored by us, but may be subject to the third-party provider's data handling practices.

7. Community Features and User Content

7.1 User-Generated Content

The Service includes community features that allow you to post trade proposals, questions, comments, and votes ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating the Service.

7.2 Content Standards

You agree not to post User Content that:

• Is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Infringes any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Contains spam, advertising, or promotional material
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

7.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion and without notice. We are not responsible for User Content posted by other users.

7.4 DMCA / Copyright

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at the email listed in Section 17 with a description of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, and your contact information.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service (except through our official MCP integration)
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other security measures
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by CardChain Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The FantasyBot name, logo, and branding are trademarks of CardChain Inc.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile screen in the app. Upon deletion:

• Your account and associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days
• User Content you posted in the community may be retained in anonymized form
• Data that we are legally required to retain (e.g., billing records) will be kept for the required period

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple (iOS) or Stripe (web) and continue until you cancel them:

• iOS: cancel in Settings › Subscriptions, before or after deleting your account
• Web: cancel through the subscription management portal in your Profile before deleting your account; the portal is not available once the account is gone. If you have already deleted your account, contact us at support@fantasybot.ai to cancel

Until the subscription is canceled, billing continues.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
• ANY FANTASY SPORTS ADVICE OR ANALYSIS WILL LEAD TO FAVORABLE OUTCOMES
• THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM INTEGRATIONS WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CARDCHAIN INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL
• FANTASY SPORTS LOSSES OR UNFAVORABLE OUTCOMES
• SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR DATA BREACHES
• ERRORS IN AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR RECOMMENDATIONS
• ACTIONS OF THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CardChain Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any third party's rights
• Your linking of third-party platform accounts

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

14.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.

14.2 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, AND YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

14.3 Small Claims Exception

Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.

14.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to us within 30 days of creating your account. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by providing notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CardChain Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

20. Waiver

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
